Product Details 

With unique qualities designed for tricky conveyor belt and ATEX area applications, these antistatic and tear-resistant fiberglass fabrics offer optimum performance and meet multiple compliance requirements, including 2002/95/EC RoHS I, 2011/65/EU RoHS II & 2015/863/EU RoHS III. Both products have a non-stick surface for a good release, are mechanically stable, and perform consistently at temperatures up to 500°F (260°C). Fabric widths are available up to 102.4" (2600 mm), their crack-free surface protects against corrosive materials and they’re strong and durable over long lifespans. When you need a material that keeps your conveyor belt system running smoothly and safely, and prevents explosion hazards, these tear-resistant and anti-static fabrics are made for you.

Our woven fiberglass comes in either open mesh or porous styles. With open mesh, you get large windows (¼ inch x ¼ inch/6.35x6.35mm)) to allow specific airflow through your dryer belt. Porous products are tightly woven fabrics that are lightly coated with PTFE to allow airflows of 5 – 60 CFM.

VERSIV™ Natural Premium Coated Fabric

Resistant to failure in high-flex applications, Silicone Coated Fabrics are used in belting projects, gasketing material, and silicone release cloths for heat sealing and welding applications. They can also be manufactured with a grippy surface and can be used in direct food contact.
