Fluoropolymer film manufactured from fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) resin is designed to be a cost-effective solution for adhesive welding tape applications.

FEP-WF Welding Film

For applications that do not require high aesthetic or electrical standards, our FEP Welding film is a hot melt adhesive that can be used to bond PTFE coated fabrics to form architectural structures, fabricated items, and belts. It offers the same high chemical and thermal resistance as FEP type FG but at a lower price.

Product Details 

Intended to be used as a hot melt adhesive for bonding PTFE-coated fabrics together, our FEP Welding Film is bondable under heat and pressure while also offering leading levels of chemical and thermal resistance. Using FEP WF film as an adhesive means you get the resistance performance of a full fluoropolymer construction but without the cost. This makes it suitable for applications that do not require electrical or optical properties. For PTFE-coated belting applications, FEP is generally used to seam belts that will not be used in high-temperature environments. Reliable, high quality, and cost-effective – FEP Welding Film is a strong solution for bonding PTFE-coated fabrics and fluoropolymers.
