Cast PTFE Fluoropolymer Films VERSIV

VERSIV™ Cast PTFE Films deliver superior dielectric performance and conformability. With a unique multi-layer construction, they are inherently void- and pinhole-free.

Cast PTFE Films

VERSIV Cast PTFE Films have a special multi-layer construction comprised of various layers configured with different polymers and polymer blends – which can be customized to meet your unique needs. They are used in heat weldable and anti-static conductive applications as well as mold release and vacuum bagging.

Product Details

With adhesive cementable and conductive offerings, VERSIV Cast PTFE Films can conform to complex contours and shapes at elevated temperatures. Their high-performance technical properties lend themselves perfectly to various niche applications. For instance, release capability across different substrates and conformability into irregular shapes makes them ideal mold release films. When used as vacuum bagging films, they excel thanks to their performance at ultra-high temperatures (600˚F/315˚C) and are highly comfortable (with 550% elongation). Cementable adhesive-coated films also utilize a unique bonding layer to stick to a range of adhesives and elastomers – while ensuring the other surface maintains all the benefits of PTFE (dielectric/insulation and protection). Products in this range include DF100, Type C, Type CD, DF1100, DF1200, DF1400, DF1471, VB and MR. The products are manufactured at ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system and ISO 14001:2015-certified environmental management system certified sites for consistent quality and efficient use of resources.
