Product Details

Available in customizable formulations with a vast range of packaging types, Paste Extruded PTFE Films are ideally suited for high-performance applications like convoluted hoses, specialty low-loss cables, and extreme thermal and chemical environments. The product is customizable and can be specifically formulated to meet your application and process needs. If you need higher tape-wrapping speeds, our standard film offerings have high tensile strength and excellent mechanical integrity and can be modified to meet increasingly stringent requirements. Or, if you require porosity or air-flow control, our standard battery-grade film offerings are widely used in the battery market to regulate airflow to the anode in zinc-air batteries and can be formulated to meet your battery design requirements. Our standard expanded PTFE film offerings provide lower dielectric constants to improve electrical performance and can be formulated through our co-development program to meet your cable design requirements. The paste-extruded PTFE product line offers the widest selection of insulation and dielectric materials available on the market, so you will always find something to meet your specific application needs.
